Arnelious Crenshaw is the final member of the Leadership Impact Team. As the Senior Minister and President of the Northeast Church of Christ Corporation, he is involved in every aspect of life of this church.
President and CEO
Greg McGhee has vast experience in business banking and finance currently serving as Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager, Commercial Lending. He currently serves on our Board of Directors. Greg is the Chairman of the Finance Team at Northeast Church of Christ and a member of the leadership team that successfully negotiated the land grant from Oklahoma Publishing Company. He has served on numerous boards including the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City, Capitol Chamber of Commerce, Redlands Council of Girl Scouts of America.
Wanda, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma – BS in Mathematics, MA in Mathematics.Wanda held leadership positions at SBC, Inc. (now AT&T) in Oklahoma for twenty five years prior to taking an early retirement in 2001. Member of the 1995 class of Leadership America. Presently, as Executive Director of Central Urban Development, Inc., she is active in planning and obtaining funding for both market-rate and affordable housing developments in the northeast quadrant of Oklahoma City.Wanda is a member of the Northeast Church of Christ working with the Finance, Administration and Education Ministries.

Dingo Asberry has over 25 years’ experience in the Mortgage Loan Industry currently works as Servicing Auditor for Adfitech, Inc.. Has served as on-site manager of the HUD National Servicing and Loss Mitigation Call Center and Alternate Contract Manager for HUD Loan Servicing center. He has experience in loan analysis, payroll and benefits, and accounting. He is a member of the Northeast Church of Christ Finance Team and serves on our Board of Directors.
Yarcus is a Sustainable Development Consultant. With over 20 years of management experience, his specializations include Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Yarcus also works for the City of Plano, Texas to create and implement environmentally sustainable policies, programs, and projects. He is originally from Texarkana, Arkansas, graduated from Prairie View A&M University, and lived in Oklahoma City for ten years.
Amziah Christman, Jr. is a Founding Board Member of Central Urban Development, Inc. He recieved a degree in Public Relations from Southwester Christian College.

Vice President of Development
James M. Williams was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Hampton Institute (now Hampton University) and a Masters of Architecture with an area of concentration in Health Care Facilities and Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Williams has worked in many capacities, such as Facility / Building Designer, Planner, Construction Manager, Construction Inspector, Consultant, Developer and Urban Community Advisor. He founded James M. Williams & Associates, Inc. in 1980 as a design, consulting, and construction firm. He was appointed to the Oklahoma City Planning Commission (Ward 7) in 1996. Mr. Williams is a member of Northeast Church of Christ and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
